Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Nalasouthafrica, below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Shipping Locations We currently ship across South Africa. International shipping will be available soon, stay tuned!

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after dispatch) Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select areas) Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Fees Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel directly through our courier partner’s website.

PAXI (Pep Store to Pep Store) We now offer delivery through PAXI for customers who prefer a convenient pickup option at their nearest PEP, PEP Home, or PEP Cell store.

How PAXI Delivery Works:

Choose PAXI at checkout, Share your order number with the correct Point of code WhatsApp 079 779 2594. Collect your parcel at your selected PAXI point with your ID and SMS/WHATSAPP Code.

Important Notes: Please ensure that you share the correct PAXI Point Code with us. PAXI orders must be collected within 7 days of arrival at your chosen pick up point. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, customers will need to pay for re-delivery. Once a parcel is handed to PAXI, delivery times and parcel handling fall under PAXI's responsibility. 

Delays & Exceptions While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
