Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Nalasouthafrica, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order.

 

To qualify for a return or exchange: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition Tags must be attached Request within 2 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

 

No worn or washed items, items without tags, or damaged items accepted for hygiene and quality controls.

How to request an exchange

  2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and desired size or item.
  3. Once approved, you will receive our return address and exchange instructions.
  4. Please note: Customers are responsible for the courier fee when sending an item for exchange.

Keep courier tracking details for exchange confirmation. Nalasouthafrica can reject exchanges not meeting policy. Check size chart before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
